Charles Payne is the host of FOX Business Network’s (FBN) Making Money with Charles Payne (weekdays 2-3PM/ET). He joined FOX News Media as a contributor in 2007 and provides financial analysis across FBN and FOX News Channel.

What is RALLY?

RALLY is an annual innovation conference held in Indianapolis that brings together visionary leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, educators, and stakeholders. The conference features six innovation studios, a $5M pitch competition, demo arena, keynotes, workshops, and more.

How is the RALLY conference related to The Prolific Growth Summit?

The Prolific Growth Summit is the premier Day One mainstage event at RALLY. While RALLY spans two days and focuses broadly on cross-sector innovation, The Prolific Growth Summit kicks things off with a dedicated focus on values-driven growth and America’s free-market future. Your ticket includes full access to both events—The Prolific Growth Summit on September 24 and all RALLY programming on September 25.

What will I receive as an attendee?

Will there be a Prolific Growth Summit app?

No, there is not a specific Prolific Growth Summit app. However, attendees will receive access to the official RALLY app closer to the event date. We also recommend following RALLY on social media for real-time updates and announcements.

Are Prolific Growth Summit tickets refundable or transferable?

Our refund policy follows RALLY’s guidelines. You can receive a refund on your pass until May 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET. After May 1, 2025, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before August 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $25 transaction fee. Tickets are non-transferable.

What is the dress code?

Business casual or smart casual attire is recommended.

Are meals provided?

Meals are not included as part of the main RALLY programming.
